As our new Project Manager, you'll be based at our headquarters in Trelleborg, Sweden, spearheading the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 within the Business Unit Seals & Profiles, encompassing over 15 sites worldwide. This pivotal project involves the deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, ActiviTEE for efficiency tracking, and harmonizing processes across our global organization. Expect to travel approximately 40-80 days per year as part of this role.

Responsibilities
Lead the Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation in close cooperation with our business units, Competence Center, and external partners.
Conduct regular meetings with the Steering Committee to discuss project status, challenges, and solutions.
Maintain continuous communication with all stakeholders, ensuring deadlines are met by both internal and external contributors.
Drive project tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration to achieve project goals.
Harmonize and implement standard processes across global sites.
Apply change management principles to facilitate method and process changes.
Plan and execute training programs for end-users and stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of the new Dynamics 365 solution.
Qualifications
University degree.
3-5 years of project management experience, preferably within a manufacturing company.
Strong understanding of ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365)
Experience from manufacturing company preferably from working within a supply chain or manufacturing function.
Proficiency in analyzing and aligning business processes with ERP systems.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.
Experience in planning, executing, and monitoring complex projects.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to find effective solutions independently or through teamwork.
Familiarity with change management principles to facilitate change in methods and processes rather than customization.
Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
Good interpersonal and influencing skills.
Able to handle ambiguity with a positive and flexible mindset.
Structured in way of working and with a sense for details
