We are looking for a QC Technician to strengthen our QC laboratory capabilities. We work 3-shift, Monday-Friday. Tasks
In the QC laboratory we evaluate all batches produced by the Trelleborg production plant and approve them before they are shipped from the factory. The quality control evaluations involve physical tests of the wet ink, e.g. viscosity and particle size measurements, and also evaluation of ink printed on a substrate, e.g. colour strength and shade.
We work in close collaboration across several functions in Flint Group, supporting R&D as well as our production sites around the world with quality analysis.
Important parts of the job are to ensure that the equipment used on a regular basis are calibrated and documented, and that the test methods are correct and maintained.
Continuous improvement of test methods and procedures are also part of the job.
In addition to physical testing, all data produced is reported in SAP.



Background and pre-requisites
We believe that you have a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or similar. Maybe this is your first job or you may have a few years of experience with laboratory work, maybe even from the ink industry? Mastering spoken and written Swedish and English languages is a must and basic knowledge in statistics is a merit.

Vi söker nu sommarvikarier till kvalitetskontroll (QC) i Trelleborg under perioden juni-augusti.
Vi arbetar 3-skift, måndag till fredag, normalt i par.
Uppgifter
Labbet utvärderar varje batch som produceras av produktionen och godkänner batchen innan den skickas från Trelleborgsfabriken. Kvalitetskontrollutvärderingarna omfattar fysiska tester av bläcket, t.ex. viskositets- och partikelstorleksmätningar, och även utvärdering av bläck tryckt på ett substrat, t.ex. färgstyrka och nyans.
Med vårt ständiga förbättringsarbete i åtanke finns det även möjligheter att stödja med testmetodutveckling, kalibrering av labbutrustning och ytterligare bläckanalys.
Förutom att utföra de fysiska utvärderingarna innebär arbetet administration och rapportering av data i SAP.
Bakgrund och förutsättningar
En utbildning i kemi är meriterande, men inget måste. Tidigare erfarenhet av QC-labbarbete och/eller bläckindustrin är meriterande. Behärska svenska och engelska i tal och skrift. Det är av stor vikt att vara noggrann och nyfiken!

hos oss under perioden juni till augusti. Tjänsten innefattar kvalitetskontroller med provtagning av produkter, råvaror och intermediat.

Arbetstid
Skift, rullande schema med arbetspass 06:00-14:00 och 13:45-23:45


Ansvarsområden
· Kvalitetskontroll av UV-härdande eller tidningsfärger samt råvaror
· Analys av färgtryck på substrat
· Dokumentation av resultat
· Registrering av analysresultat i SAP



Vi söker dig som


· Studerar på högskola eller universitet inom kemi eller närliggande område.
· Hanterar svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.
· Har goda datorkunskaper.

Erfarenhet av liknande arbetsuppgifter är meriterande, men framför allt letar vi efter dig med
ett brinnande intresse och ett driv att lära dig mer!
